Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order. After you submit your order online, it can take 2 to 3 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via FedEx, and take an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped. There is a chance of possible delays with the shipping carriers which is out of our control. We freeze our products before shipping, however your pretzels will arrive thawed. They are ready to freeze upon arrival to enjoy later or heat-and-eat immediately.
You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note that we currently ship our cheese bread in the United States.
Please note that orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.

If your order says it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 1 business day before contacting us. Occasionally, packages get marked as delivered when they arrive at the final carrier's destination and get delivered to you shortly after. If your package is damaged or deemed lost, please let us know and we will assist you!

At Bruna's we are committed to providing the best handcrafted snacks on the planet. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products, we encourage you to contact us via email at info@brunascheesebread.com.
Our products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please DO NOT return any food product.
Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged products or any cheese bread order that takes longer than 7 days in transport. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.

Product ships frozen in an insulated cooler with dry ice (and box can be recycled!).
