Our products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do our best to ship our products to minimize breakage in transit. Occasionally, our products
can experience some breakage during shipping. If your products arrived damaged or
contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the
issue. Please DO NOT return any food product.
Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged products or any cheese bread order that takes
longer than 7 days in transport. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10)
days.
After you submit your order online, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order for
shipping. All of our shipments are sent via FedEx, and take an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive
after your order is shipped.
Our handcrafted pre baked cheese bread bites are, shipped from frozen, then thaw while in
transit. Due to the water content of our product and the maximum possible time in transit, our
bread are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival. !
